Adopted at 13 years old, Jeffrey chronicles his life in a powerful comedic, musical, drama, taking us with him as he navigates the  uncertainty of foster care, through his  adoption into the Brown Family and beyond.

Against the non-traditional back drop of Bklyn Commons, Jeffrey brilliantly sets the tone for an ingenious play. The audience will be taken on a journey as he brings to life his experiences, not only shedding light on the struggles of young men and women affected by the system, but also revealing the hope and possibility connected in every human story. There is a theme that "even in comedy there is a depth and a seriousness evoked in every joke and that there can be profound healing through music".

Th3 Adopt3d On3 is an opportunity, an invitation to share his experiences through his creative lens "in order to connect with, heal and inspire" those affected by the system. To remove the stigma one may hold of being a product of foster care or adoption. To make normal the conversation of the countless children among us, with their own unspoken stories of trauma, rejection and confusion and to raise funds to support the agency who fostered his early care, St. Vincent's Services; Providing greater awareness and outreach to a community that deserves service in love and dignity.
